Georgetown Liquor Company up for sale?

Just came across this advert, a perfect description of the only vegetarian (not vegan) outfit in Georgetown that also serves up the microbrews:

Ever considered owning a bar and restaurant? Do you know someone who might? We have a business opportunity available for a budding (or serial) foodie entrepreneur in hip Georgetown. Priced at $130,000 for the business and assets (location/site lease but building ownership not included).

Currently set up as a vegetarian restaurant that also serves some of the great local ales found in Seattle, including Manny's (brewery) - also a Georgetown institution - this opportunity is prime to build on the continuing interest of this neighborhood filled with artists, design centers, and industrial businesses just off of I-5. Perhaps dig up additional business from nearby South Park and Beacon Hill?

We've got an e-mail in, and will let you know if we hear back...UPDATE: we did get confirmation from a selling agent that it is indeed the GLC up for sale.

is there any new-news on this?
I was in GLC yesterday for lunch, and it was busy... Neither of the owners was in, so I couldn't ask them wtf was up.
